Warranty, Loyalty and Covenant Terms

1. Our watches come with a 30-Day Return Policy following the conditions below. Please ensure you’re certain before purchasing, as returns based on accidental purchase, fitment, or changing your mind are not accepted.
2. (FOR CUSTOM WATCHES ONLY) Two-year craftsmanship policy for Hands, Bezel inserts, and Movements: Within two years, if the hands become loose, bezel insert falls out, or the automatic movement stops, Purple Cow Watch Co will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost, including shipping.
3. 5-year repair policy: If you break your watch, we’ll repair it at 20% off labor costs; parts, shipping, and insurance are additional.
4. (FOR CUSTOM WATCHES ONLY) 5-year update/customization policy: To upgrade your watch, you’ll receive 50% off labor costs. Parts and shipping fees are additional.
5. Although most Purple Cow Watch Co watches are pressure-tested, we DO NOT warranty against water damage, as proper securing of the crown or staying within the watch's water resistence rating is the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Customers subscribed to our email list or who have purchased from us will receive special discounts. The more you buy, the more you save!
7. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and watches must be free of scratches or any cosmetic or physical damage.
8. Returns do NOT include reimbursement for original merchant fees (3% of gross sale), shipping costs, or original tax payments.
9. Refunds are processed only after the watch has been returned and fully inspected.

Fraud and Theft

Purple Cow Watch Co aims for secure and authentic transactions. We have our own investigative staff that monitors transactions for authenticity. If suspicious activity is detected, such as invalid addresses or mismatched payment information, we may contact you for verification before shipping. Prompt communication helps us ensure secure and timely delivery. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and prosecute fraudulent activities to the fullest extent.

Copyright/Trademark

Purple Cow Watch Co is the original manufacturer/builder of each custom watch. We source our parts direct from manufacturer for our custom builds. Purple Cow Watch Co is not affiliated with Seiko, Omega, Citizen, Tudor, Rolex, or any other company our products may resemble. Our watches are original designs, and any similarity to other watches is purely coincidental. We legally acquire all brand-related parts from aftermarket suppliers and assume no liability for copyright infringements by these suppliers.

Payment

All payments are processed via Paypal. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are also accepted via Paypal. We also accept Apply Pay and can provide special links for such purchase options.

Immediate payment is required. Contact us before payment if combining shipping for multiple items.

Sales tax of 6% is charged on purchases shipped within the continental US. Items ship only after payment is confirmed.

Returns

At Purple Cow Watch Co, customer satisfaction is our priority. All watches are thoroughly photographed, inspected, and confirmed working before shipping. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. Returns are no longer accepted beyond warranty terms. No refunds are provided for damages outside our control, including water damage.

Shipping

Currently, Purple Cow Watch Co ships within the continental US. International shipping is available under specific terms and additional fees.

Please note custom watches, particularly with special dials, bezel inserts, or strap/bracelet configurations, may require 4 to 6 weeks before shipping as many of these items are hand-crafted and must be made before shipping to us to complete your build.

Once handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers (with tracking provided), Purple Cow Watch Co holds no further liability. Additional insurance can be added for an extra fee upon request.

Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses and cover applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Carrier shipping times may vary due to volume or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information is provided when shipped.
